Rabobank has increased A$75 million of its 5.5 per cent 3 year EMTN issue launched on 14 July 2009. The total outstanding amount is now A$850 million.

Rabobank Nederland has launched A$100m 6.50 per cent EMTN issue due 15 January 2015 and invited TD Securities to be the joint lead manager with the bank.

NAB prices USD deal, CBA issues Swiss EMTN

 NAB prices USD deal (7 January 2009)

National Australia Bank has priced a three year $US2.5 billion Government guaranteed 144a/Reg S deal.

It priced at 85 basis points over mid swaps which was equivalent to 156.5 basis points over US Treasuries.
It had a re-offer price of 99.862 and a yield of 2.598 per cent with a coupon of 2.55 per cent.
